Benefits Medical
Capital Mortgage Finance Corp. has several Blue Cross Blue Shield
PPO plans. Options range from a traditional
PPO to a low-cost, high deductible PPO plan.
The branch will pay $200 per month toward
your medical insurance plan of choice.
Medical plans include vision and
prescription coverage as well. Dental
coverage is available through a separate
provider.
401(k)
New employees are eligible for enrollment in
the 401(k) plan after 90 days. The plan is
administered by Fidelity and there are a
multitude of allocation options available to
diversify your account in many ways.
Insurance
Life, short term and long term disability
insurance is available. Capital pays a
monthly subsidy to offset the premium.
Additional Benefits
Capital has entered into an agreement with
AFLAC that allows our employees to have
access to a suite of additional benefits
programs that can be selected if they wish.
Examples include: reimbursement for
non-medical expenses related to illness,
loss of income coverage, personal short term
disability insurance, personal accident
insurance, personal cancer protection
program, and other hospitalization
protection plans.
Flex spending
Programs are available for tax-saving flex
spending accounts for medical and dependent
care reimbursement.
