Our History
Capital Senior Lending is a division of
Capital Mortgage Finance Corporation. Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland,
Capital Mortgage Finance Corp. opened
for business in August of 1993. We
established Capital Mortgage Finance Corp. in 2007
to meet the growing financial need of the
senior population. The company’s corporate
headquarters is located in Columbia, MD with
12 branches throughout the middle Atlantic.
We are licensed to do business in DC,
Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, West Virginia, Tennessee, North
Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Each
office is operated by an experienced manager
to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely
manner. Customer service is a priority for
Capital Mortgage and Capital Mortgage Finance Corp.;
the company will take every measure possible
to ensure that our clients’ financing needs
are met.

full time MIS staff available any time you
need assistance. We have a marketing

We also provide post-closing follow-up
marketing designed to help you retain your
customers and encourage them to refer their
friends and family as well. Our management
staff is highly responsive, enabling you to
react and provide the highest levels of
customer service to both your borrowers and
referral sources. You will not have to
“baby-sit” your files at Capital, as our
experienced staff will handle the loan after
submission so you are free to move on to the
next transaction!
